​Here’s a healthy shamrock shake recipe for you to enjoy this St.Patrick’s Day instead the sugary, dyed version from the drive thru.

This version takes the same amount of time to make as it would take you to sit in the drive thru.  And you’re saving on gas money!

This lightened up version with Peppermint essential oil will help you keep on top o’ the mornin’.

No McDonald’s shamrock shake! Try this healthy delicious recipe

Ingredients:

        • 1 ripe avocado
        • 1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
        • ½ cup almond or coconut milk
        • ½ frozen banana
        • 1 cup ice 
        • 1 scoops Super Greens
        • 2 drops peppermint oil (organic for consumption)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in your blender
